We moved to Draper 3 years ago and needed to find a preschool for our son. After researching several, we decided to select Young Scholars Academy. This was based on many factors, not least of which was the care and structure shown by the owners, Bryon and Patty. They greet the children each day with a smile and ensure the kids have a positive experience each day. They are proactive in ensuring the kids stay engaged with activities, play time and learning.
For the past 3 years, we've seen our son thrive and make lots of new friends at school. It is bittersweet to see him graduate and move on as he has made so many great memories. If you are looking for a high quality preschool for your little one, I highly recommend touring Young Scholars Academy.

If you are looking for a place with flexible hours, great teachers, and an amazing curriculum, then this is it. I couldn’t say enough good things! My daughter has loved it and she is so prepared for Kindergarten!

It was pretty stressful and time consuming trying to find the right preschool/daycare for my child. We checked out every one within a 10 mile radius. Finding the right hours, cost, safety, cleanliness, good staff, wanting my child to learn and be happy while being cared for and not owned by a corporation. This preschool checked all those boxes! Family owned and they’re always there involved with the day to day learning and always happy to greet you when you arrive. Every parent has a key code so the kids are safe inside. They do the cutest programs and activities and my child made some best friends there. It has been a great experience and I would recommend this preschool to anyone!

We absolutely love Young Scholars Academy. I highly recommend them. My grandson who is 3 has learned so much. He loves going to school. He has progressed beyond my expectation. They do singing time, crafts, story time, learning time etc. Each month is a different theme. The teachers create such a close bond and relationship with each child. You can just feel the love when you walk in. We are so grateful for Ms. Patty, Principle Brian :) and their amazing team of teachers.

The first time I made the tour I just felt in love with this Academy, never saw a place so clean, great space for the kids and rotation system !!!!!! Also the security around the place is just amazing !!!!
The staff is so kind and the most important thing, here you don’t have discrimination!!! It is a huge family !!! Like my in laws say: “it takes a village to raise a child” HERE IS YOUR VILLAGE

We have had a GREAT experience with YSA. We transferred to YSA from another school for various reasons and YSA has met all of our hopes and expectations. We were particularly nervous about the potty training process. When sharing this with the director, Ms. Patty, she quickly eased our feelings by asking what our procedure is at home so they can replicate it at school. By being on the same page and frequent communication, our son was potty trained in two weeks!
Our son is always asking to go to YSA (even on weekends), that is a great sign that he is happy and safe there. Thank you Ms. Patty, Ms. Grace, Mr. Bryon and the whole YSA team!!!

I have twin great granddaughters that attend Young Scholars Academy. I have been amazed at the classes they teach and how much these girls have learned including Spanish. The girls just turned 4 and seem so mature since attending this school. I attended there spring program the older day and was surprised how the children had learned there songs and actions at there young ages. I wish my grown children had the opportunity to attend a school like Young Scholars Academy.

We love Young Scholars Academy! The staff and owners are so kind, friendly, and attentive. We love that they do Spanish immersion and my child loves learning Spanish. My child is only three but can write their own name from practicing letters at school. They do the cutest projects with the kids and the programs are so adorable! If you are looking for a great preschool and daycare, this is it!
