Ms. RyAnn is dedicated to:

• Developing detailed lesson plans tailored to the developmental trajectories of students.
• Supervising and supporting the academic and emotional growth of children.
• Maintaining open communication with parents regarding their children’s progress and milestones.
• Formulating and implementing curricula that cater to diverse learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic.
• Documenting and reporting on students’ progress regularly and adhering to all legal and educational requirements.

Ms. RyAnn began her journey in education as a Teacher’s Assistant in high school and has continuously evolved her teaching methodologies to include love, patience, and respect. Her philosophy centers around understanding and solving problems compassionately, establishing a reliable and trustworthy presence in her classroom, and making learning fun through interactive and creative activities.

PERSONAL INTERESTS

Ms. RyAnn is an enthusiast of all things creative, from painting and crafting to outdoor activities like hiking and boating at Bear Lake. She enjoys exploring new gluten-free foods, socializing, and spending quality time with friends and family, whether outdoors or indoors playing games or watching movies.
